As is known ,the feeding device of the cement raw material into the mill basically uses the split wheel lock air (rotary feeder), most of the use effect is not ideal, because the raw material is sticky, the phenomenon of material blocking often occurs. In response to the drawbacks of traditional unloading valves, our company has developed a new generation of QRW series of rotor-type bulk material dosing devices, which are accurate in measurement, wide in adjustment range, compact and fully enclosed, high temperature resistance, long service life, low failure rate , and low maintenance cost. It is widely used in building materials, metallurgy and other fields. The feeding system of the QRW flange special mill is developed by our company to slove the disadvantages of the traditional vertical mill feeding lock valve, such as easy accumulation, blocking, and air leakage. The feeding device has unique anti-jamming technology, good at air locking and material drying . The equipment has simple structure, small maintenance workload and low power consumption.
